The heart of the Sinoe County community is a wellness center near Greenville: kidney care, a COHERDAP-GHC pharmacy, exam rooms, telemedicine, physical therapy, training for local health workers and a home base for mobile clinics that reach the villages.
It is built to serve far beyond Sinoe: patients from neighboring towns, villages and nearby countries in West Africa can use its kidney care, laboratory, telemedicine and training, and its doors are open to the whole African diaspora as partners and supporters.

This is a concept layout for discussion. The number of kidney care stations, room sizes and services are illustrative and will be set by the Sinoe County plan, the County Health Team and Liberia's health regulations. Kidney care requires licensed clinicians, treated water and reliable power, which the design provides for. Funding is being sought and is not yet in hand.
