Our story
GLOBAL-2000 LLC was established to supply badly needed resources, share intelligence, experience, technology, and materialization. Motivated by our need to enhance socio-economic recovery and empowerment, we’ve spent over 25 years perfecting an integrated approach to sustainable development.
We recognized early on that isolated development projects often fail because they lack sufficient integration. An area might become “industrialized,” but without accompanying education, power, healthcare, and financial infrastructure, the community’s standard of living doesn’t significantly improve. We developed the Master Infrastructure Project to address this fundamental flaw.

GLOBAL-2000 LLC is led by seasoned professionals with decades of experience in international development, infrastructure deployment, and African market operations.
Project Director
Mary J. Burleigh serves as Project Director and leads all capital formation, investor relations, and partnership development efforts. She brings 20+ years of institutional knowledge and expertise in deploying large-scale infrastructure projects.
Our operational team includes specialists in performance management, planning, trade development, and leadership development, supported by skilled partners and consultants across multiple sectors.
