The first GLOBAL-2000 Master Infrastructure community is planned near Greenville: clean power and water, homes, a clinic with mobile care, a training center, farms and jobs, built and run by the people who live there.
Sinoe is the first site, not the last. Its wellness center, kidney care, laboratory, telemedicine and training are built to serve neighboring towns, villages and countries across West Africa, and the model is meant to be repeated wherever it is needed. That makes this a project for the whole African diaspora.
Gifts for Sinoe are received by Africa USA Foundation.

All three are led by Mary J. Burleigh. Gifts go to Africa USA Foundation; investments and business partnerships go to GLOBAL-2000, LLC.

Sinoe is far from the capital and its services. Building the first complete community there shows all ten components working together where the need is greatest, with Monrovia as the support office.
